Remove barriers of economic and workforce disparities in rural communities by providing a school to workforce pipeline to youth of low income, unemployed and underemployed families.

Rural communities are equipped with the necessary resources that will enhance the quality of life for its constituents and provide youth with the necessary curricula to be competitive in college as well as in the workforce.
